Shipping & Returns

SHIPMENT

All orders will be shipped out within five (5) working days of confirmation of receipt of payment. 

Singapore 

  • Free local shipping.
  • Delivery will take between 3-4 working days.
  • SOLE 2 SOLE will not be responsible for lost in transition deliveries.

International 

  • Shipping rates:
    • For Asia : SGD 70.00
    • For Europe and Americas: SGD100.00
    • For rest of world: SGD 150.00
  • International delivery is handled by courier service.
  • Delivery will take between 7-21 working days.
  • SOLE 2 SOLE will not be responsible for lost in transition deliveries.
  • Our prices are not inclusive of your local taxes (i.e. import duties, sales taxes or tariffs that you may have in your country). Any such taxes or fees that are imposed by your country will be payable directly to the courier company before the goods are released to you. We are required by law to state the full invoice value and description of the items purchased for customs and insurance purposes.

Returns Policy

There’s nothing quite like ripping through packaging to get to your shopping is there? We know the feeling, and we hope you’re lovin’ your purchases! Thanks a bunch!

However if you wish to return an item (s) for a refund or exchange, you must notify us of your intention to return it in writing within 48 hours from the date you received them. Please email us at: support@sole2sole.sg

Slight variations in colour and finish are a direct result of handcrafted work and are not considered defective.

A refund or exchange can be made when all the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely as stated below:

  • Customers in Singapore must return Goods within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Customers outside of Singapore must return Goods within 14 working days.
  • All items must be returned in their original package and in un-used, re-saleable condition.
  • Any item(s) being returned must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice.
  • We will refund or exchange goods sent only with proof of purchase.
  • Items returned for exchange are subject to availability.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods should be returned by registered post only as we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. Kindly post items back to:

Remember to register your postage whenever possible so it will get to us safe!

Items bought from “SALE” section are considered final sale.

Refunds will be dependent on mode of payment made when goods were purchased, i.e. either by Paypal or Visa/Mastercard.

If in transit, the products you return are damaged due to the shipment process, we will refund you the cost of the return postage.

Please note that online promotions and store promotions are subject to individual Terms and Conditions.

Any item purchased online cannot be exchanged for items in the retail store and vice versa.
